What are your biggest takeaways from your summer with ������ɫƬ Energy?

“Of the countless things I learnt in these last four months, my biggest takeaway was always to embrace the teachable moments, even when you think they may not be important. I learnt the most by observing my managers do day-to-day tasks.

What is one piece of advice you would share with future interns?

“Your internship at ������ɫƬ Energy will be a key piece to your successful career. Set learning objectives and goals early that outline what you want to accomplish. Keep an open mind and understand the importance of each assignment or task - your attitude and willingness to learn are lucrative to gaining the most from your internship!”

What are your biggest takeaways from your summer with ������ɫƬ Energy?

“Communication and cultural learning, project initiation to execution, running meetings, and following up with different teams, and more practical knowledge. Balancing Emotional Intelligence.”

What is one piece of advice you would share with future interns?

“It’s a great place to learn and have corporate experience. As a fresher, it’s important to adapt to the culture, and this organization gives you a great experience. Try to ask as many questions as you can and have a full-fledged experience. Be honest, be clear, and things will fall into place. Don’t try to do everything in 4 months; just look at the areas you want to improve and enhance your skills in the process.”
